The DiamonDpolish® process
The 4 Step Comprehensive Marble Restoration Process

1

Cleaning with pH Neutral Cleaner while removing chunks and particles

Marble restoration is a complicated undertaking. It’s a combination of practically everything – polishing, repair, refinishing, scratch removal, and a whole lot more. It’s a huge project that requires time-tested skill and painstaking attention to detail. Other companies that work on restoring marble have long processes, but we’ve devised a four-step procedure, giving you satisfying results in half the time. The first thing we do is apply pH Neutral Cleaner on the surface to prevent further damage caused by excess acidity/ alkalinity. We remove debris and particles in the process to prepare it for restoration.

2

Commencing surface repair and restoration

This is where the nitty gritty process takes place. We look at all the angles that need to be fixed and prepare the necessary materials at one. When we see excess grout, we use a sophisticated oscillating tool equipped with a grout removal blade, revealing the marble surface underneath. For cracks, we mix marble powder with a specially formulated adhesive, which masks the repair being done. If there are huge chunks, we dutifully reattach them while taking note of the design, taking both aesthetics and function in mind. After it is done, it will be hard to even recognize that a massive restoration even took place.

3

Buffing and polishing with DIAMONDPOLISH® process

To achieve a posh and opulent look, imperfections have to be evened out through a series of treatments. Polishing is a key step and with the DIAMONDPOLISH® process, grinding, honing, buffing, and polishing are all done with just a few sweeps. This cutting-edge technology unique to Floor-Master is what makes us different from other marble restoration companies. Real diamond powder is mixed with crystalline microabrasives, removing even the toughest of impurities from the marble surface. Coupled with heat generated from the rotating polishing machine, we are able to achieve a radiant glow, bringing its original gloss back.

4

Protecting newly restored marble installation by sealing

Marble restoration is a big project, and the massive improvement is simply astounding. We want that feeling of awe and amazement to last a lifetime, that’s why our final step is geared to preserving just that. Through our carefully formulated stone protector, we apply a sealing layer on the marble surface, preventing stains and spills from ever penetrating through the porous layers. This way, you get to marvel at the craftsmanship we have just achieved for your delight.

3 Reasons to have us Repair your Marble Surfaces Today!

1

Our celebrated reputation precedes us, and is what we offer you and more

We believe that in order to remain relevant, you have to continually improve on your processes. Such an endeavor has an end goal of exceeding the expectations of those who believe in our service, and that’s what we have strived to do over the years. We do not want to fall short of what is required of us, and we honed our chosen craft for the benefit of our loyal customers. With improving quality and customer experience as our inspiration, we have thrived in the business. This culture of excellence is what we present to you today.

2

We get the job done in a short span of time without compromising quality

Other marble restoration companies still rely on a long list of procedures to get the job done. This is a dilemma that we have seen, and we want to rise above the challenge. Our DIAMONDPOLISH® process has been our trump card, cutting the restoration time in half and delivering the results quicker. And the best part is that the process is not haphazardly done, rather it is an innovation that could finish the required job faster than anyone else in the industry.

3

You deserve to have that regal feeling back for less

Marble floors, countertops, and tables exude an aura of lavishness. But with even the slightest damage, it could easily remove that atmosphere. Replacing your marble installation altogether could be more costly, which could be around $27 per square foot. That’s not even including professional fees and other expenses. This is why marble restoration is the more sensible option, and Floor-Master is the leading authority in this department.
